Chocolate Cupcakes
Chocolate Cupcakes with chocolate frosting
1 1/2 cup butter milk
2/3 cocoa powder
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon coffee
Preheat oven 350f
Sift together cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl. In a seperate bowl mix the room temperature butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Then mix the flour mixture in and add butter milk slowly. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into cupcake pans and bake for 15 minutes or 10 minutes for mini cupcakes.
Fosting
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together until nice and fluffy
