Blondies

A deliciously sweet white chocolate and vanilla blondie recipe

6 ounces butter (cubbed)

6 ounces white chocolate

1 1/2 cups sugar (10 ounces)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups flour (6.5 ounces)

Preheat 350f (176c)

Sift flour and salt then set aside.

To melt the chocolate and butter place it In a glass bowl and put it over a pot with simmering water. Then take the bowl off the pot and let it cool slightly. With a whisk mix in the sugar, vanilla and then add the eggs one at a time. Now add the four and mix in with a wooden spoon.

Poor the thick batter into the lined 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes
